You always do what you want to do. This is true with every act. You may say that you had to do something or that you were forced to but actually whatever you do you do by choice. Only you have the power to choose for yourself.

To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger more beautiful more powerful. This is power it is glory on earth and it is yours for the taking.

What then do you call your soul? What idea have you of it? You cannot of yourselves without revelation admit the existence within you of anything but a power unknown to you of feeling and thinking.

Respect your efforts respect yourself. Self-respect leads to self-discipline. When you have both firmly under your belt that's real power.

I took some me time. I think that's a really important thing to do for yourself especially in this business. And now I feel like I'm in a really good positive place in my life.

You might think the thinner version of yourself is going to be the most positive or confident but that's not how it is for me. When I'm over 200 pounds that's when I'm the most confident version of myself.
